My "nitch" market is in the condotel arena. I take great pride and interest in this specialty market segment and have a lot of fun doing it. Just in Avalon and Stone Harbor the average asking price for a home on the market is $2,435,000.00. On all of the barrier islands from Ocean City to Cape May you will find prices out of reach for 95% of us buyers out there. Therefore, I believe you better have a plan "B" if you don't have just a cool two million lying around for a second home purchase.
