I look forward to working for you and with you in the near future. About Steve Humanick I grew up along the banks of the Delaware River in a small rural town of Pennsville, NJ. Pennsville, river community in Salem County, is located next to the Delaware Memorial Bridge. Just thirty-two miles from Philadelphia, ten miles to Wilmington, Delaware, and sixty five miles from the Atlantic Ocean, Pennsville is an ideal location for families who like to escape the hustle and bustle of a city. In case you are wondering, Bruce Willis did not grow up in Pennsville but in neighboring Penns Grove. I graduated from Widener University where I played football on several championship teams and then went to work for Atlantic City Electric. In 1994 after working at the Deepwater Generating Station in Pennsville I transferred to Sea Isle City. I spent the next nine years working for the same electric utility company located right outside of Ocean City. Living in a shore community is where my interest in real estate began and after earning my real estate license I developed a real passion for the business. In 2003, I moved to Avalon after buying a beautiful bay front property and this is where I live, work, and play.
